Mango Aachar
Ingredients
- 1 large green Mango
- 10 weri weri pepper
- 10 clove of garlic
- Ground Kalongi
- Geera
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil
- 1/2 small onion
- Graham Masalla
Method:
- Peel skin of Mango
- Grate Mango on hand grater or slice for blender
- blend mango
- in a bowl add mango and salt
- use cheese cloth and squeeze the mango - separate juice from fibers
- put mango fibers in a bowl add some salt
- blend onion, garlic and peppers together and add to bowl
- Add kalongi and geera into blow and mix together
- Add Mustard oil into mixture and continue to mix
- Bottled and put out on the sun
