Halwaa & Puree (Suhari)

 For the Puree /Suhari, you'll need: 

2 cups flour

2 tablespoon ghee

1 cup water

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups ghee


For the Halwa Lapsi, you'll need:

1 cup flour 

1 cup sugar 

2 1/2 cups whole milk 

1 cup evaporated milk 

1 tablespoon ginger 

1 teaspoon of cardamom (elychee) 

5-6 cloves

2 tablespoon ghee

1 Siliment or West Indian Bay leaf

1 cup of water


Karhee 



Ingredients and Measurements:

3 cups all purpose flour (plus more for rolling)

2 tbsp. ghee (plus more for frying)

2-3 tbsp. sugar

enough water to mix the dough (see video)
