Mahonbog Persad

1 tim evaporated milk 

1 1/2 cup of sugar

2 tsp elychee

1 cup raisins

1 tbsp grated ginger

1/2 lb unsalted butter or ghee

2 cups flour, enriched


Salt Butter

Ingredients and Measurements:

1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter

1 cup all purpose flour

1 (12 oz) can of evaporated milk

1 cup whole milk

3/4-1 cup sugar (depending on your taste)

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup chopped Maraschino cherries



Medium heat 15 mins 

5 mins cook raisan

milk & sugar mixture in  High Heat
